yogurt’s smart! when i’m flared up i try to go for little grazing snacks that i can munch on slowly and it works pretty well, at least for getting min calorie intake when i have no appetite. yogurt cups come in clutch for me. 🤞🏼here’s to a pleasant full feeling after a little meal!
