I'm still not sure I'm fully processing this. It feels like this came out of NOWHERE and is one of the biggest trades in at least the past decade of the NBA, if not even longer. Absolutely wild.

Unfortunately, Bannister always seemed like a temporary coach - unless the Blues went absolutely lights out with a subpar roster, it was just a matter of when. I do think he deserves a shot as at least an assistant somewhere, hopefully he lands on his feet.
