There are a lot of quality journalists on Substack but it’s difficult to support each of them individually. Maybe some enterprising person can start an aggregator site similar to Drudge to promote the best of them in a way they can still be compensated for their work.

The value of any commercial entity goes up or down in relation to the capitalized value of its income stream. The franchise is more valuable only because it’s generating more income. No relationship to residential valuation.
