In case anybody on Capitol Hill is wondering, the mood right now out here in the hinterlands is for Democrats not to miss votes.
Especially since so many Republicans are out that Dems could pretty much stop anything with full attendance.

If the USA were really the baddies then Putin wouldn't have had to install Trump as POTUS.
