Imagine what we could have if even 1/2 of this was fixed up and outfitted with passing zones, modern tunnels, and even just basic stations for 80-90mph passenger service. With Siemens opening a factory in Charlotte, NC should act now to fix up this network. Side note, Morehead->Charleston line when?
