My 1st thought as I awake each morning, my last thought as I turn out the lights each night. And I remind myself: there’s power in positive thinking.

It almost felt too soon after losing Sunny, but when we found a chihuahua pup at the shelter, we didn’t wanna pass up the opportunity to give Gus a new companion. So far, he’s not feeling it 😏. But Carmelita seems amazingly comfortable in her new surroundings so far. Gus’ll come around.
