Do advertisers matter anymore when CBS is owned by a family with more money than god and intentionally put her in that position?

What do they mean by nonpaying rider? Is it someone who uses a weekly pass or a free transfer included in that? The article didn't really define that.

Oh I'm aware. If they're going to spend the money needed to upgrade the route to class 4 or 5 track, especially reconstructing the Bonnet Carré Spillway bridge, they should push for a passenger only flyover of east bridge junction and have min hourly headways.

Seems like an easy extension to the new Nola-Mobile service.
