I'm in a mood today. I made the error of listening to DT this morning—bad move—pushed me over the brink.

There's no doubt he's a serial lying sociopath but it's a pretty safe bet that he's never read Project 2025. That would be beneath him.
However, there's also no doubt that he had OTHERS read it and apprise him of the salient points along with recommendations for implementation.
