No, I think you missed my point. It's sold as pipe tobacco because of the taxes, but it's actually cigarette grade. But the rolling papers are not chemically enhanced to keep burning, so if you don't toke, set it down, it goes out.

Not what you wanted, but I buy bags of "pipe tobacco" and roll cigarettes with it, because pipe tobacco is not taxed like cig tobacco, and is way cheaper. This "pipe tobacco" has brand names like "Gambler" and "High Card," which as you know, is just what would appeal to a degen like me.
