I like this app as there’s a lot of self-policing done against those who create & spread disinformation. Just make sure you don’t go into BSABism. Yes, they both are bad, but one is “I kinda suck” and the other is “I WILL EAT YOUR KIDS TO DEATH!”
Take down the latter, THEN worry about the former.
