It seems unlikely that the states will have an easy time trying to "claw back" any SNAP benefits already paid out.

Just a thought.....I think every time someone says Trump's name on TV or radio, we should be blasted by the sound of a troop of monkeys screeching. This would be reminiscent of Frau Blucher from Young Frankenstein with the horses whinnying!
