I’m feeling quite good about the #boycott of American services I can spot the irony posting on here. I won’t judge anyone for not doing it. Personally the comments from Trump regarding service personnel in #afghanistan is the final straw. This is not against Americans this is against Trump.

Currently doing a detox from Facebook and twitter. Currently in day 4 and it’s really strange. I can tell I was semi addicted to it as I go ok the apps and then shut it off straight away. My god I feel refreshed though nowhere near the levels of toxicity I was experiencing.

I feel genuinely worried about the direction the UK is going right now. It seems people are so blinded by hatred they can’t see through the lies and manipulation. Anyone else feeling the same? I have no idea how we fix society.

I visited Chatsworth house today for the first time. You could tell they were wealthy from the outside but when you step inside you can really see what wealth actually is. Murals on the ceilings marble busts, golden decorations … it’s still someone’s house. One room was easily worth my entire house!

I’m sure HBO are going to do an amazing job. However, I really don’t think they should be messing with Harry Potter. The story is one of the best and most popular stories ever told, it doesn’t need a remake. The rise of Voldemort, the marauders, extended versions of the films. There’s so much.

While we’re at it. Grease, stands up after all this time and for me personally top 5 greatest films of all time.

The Devil Wears Prada is arguably one of the best films ever created. That’s all!

The thought of potentially making my way and emigrating to Canada in the next 10 years makes me really excited and nervous. Lots of things I need to do first though.

I went to church this evening for the first time since I was younger. I mainly wanted to go as I’ve recently experienced loss and thought maybe, naively, religion might be the answer. The service was about loss … coincidence … probably, but really was comforting.
