How can we govern such a large healthcare corporation? It would take several steps but it's not impossible. A potential starting place for electing board members using a 1P1S + tradeable votes. Vote price $800 per 1/10th of a vote (in case you want to sell your healthcare choices to Elon, etc.)

The Reclamation of Healthcare When in the Course of Human Events, it Becomes Necessary for the People to Reclaim Their Inalienable Right to Health When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the economic and political bonds which have for too long connected them to a profit-driven healthcare system—one that has prioritized corporate gain over the well-being of its citizens—and to assume among the powers of the earth a new and equal station of community-led, patient-centered care, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to this separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that every person is inherently entitled to the right to health, dignity, and well-being; that these rights are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable qualities—among which are accessible, compassionate, and equitable healthcare; that to secure these rights, systems of care must be instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent and participation of the governed; and that whenever any system of healthcare becomes destructive of these ends—when it subjects individuals to exorbitant costs, inequitable access, and dehumanizing practices—it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new system, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety, healing, and happiness. The current healthcare establishment has repeatedly: • Prioritized corporate profit over patient care and community wellness. • Imposed unjust financial burdens and denied equitable access to essential services. • Allowed opaque practices that stifle transparency, accountability, and public involvement. • Perpetuated inequities that leave vulnerable citizens without adequate protection or care. In consequence, we, the People of this Nation, acting by our own collective will and in the spirit of justice and self-determination, do solemnly publish and declare that we reclaim our right to a healthcare system that is of the people, by the people, and for the people. We declare that we are absolved from the oppressive grip of profit-driven healthcare, and that as free and independent citizens, we have full power to institute a new system of care—one built upon principles of transparency, community governance, equitable access, and compassionate service. With firm reliance on the protection of our shared ideals and the promise of a healthier future, we mutually pledge our commitment, our resources, and our lives to this cause, determined to safeguard the right to health for ourselves, our families, and future generations.
