This is why I wish Dems never shut down the gov…
Let them expire. The American people are the ones who voted republicans into place, make sure they know they are the reason this happened.

That’s not how pardons work. If she is pardoned, she no longer has 5th amendment rights for that crime, and therefore she MUST testify about everything.
You get around this by commuting her sentence. Essentially end the jail but keep it on her record. That way she maintains 5th amendment rights.
