If the plans fail, I’ll make new plans. Orioles, Ravens, Terps. Pro-democracy. Democrat. Surprised at how woke the world has made me.

I think this explains 2025 pretty well.
Hey guys, I can’t do this shit on a Sunday. I have work tomorrow. It’s too much.

It’s amazing how much the economy is propped up by not only AI CAPEX, but by stock market wealth effects related to AI. S&P 500 is up $27T in less than 3 years and people spend about 3% of gains. Plus bond yields are high. Worth at least 1%, maybe 2% growth

These people are insane.
CATHIE WOOD CUTS BITCOIN BULL CASE ON STABLECOIN GROWTH Ark Invest’s Cathie Wood has lowered her most bullish bitcoin forecast, citing the rapid rise of stablecoins. She now sees bitcoin reaching $1.2 million by 2030, down from $1.5 million, as stablecoins take on roles she once

Alright #nba crew. I’m going to try to become an NBA fan, but I don’t have a team. I have to have a team; it’s how I’m built. Which team in the East is the most fun to be a fan of? Needs to win, but mainly fun to watch.

Can’t be Knicks or Nets for blackout reasons.

The worst impact to writing in general from Twitter is treating whitespace and punctuation as part of the character count. Limiting these essential elements to squeeze in one more sentence has reduced readability across all media.

Reacher is so unbelievable. In S2E1, he is at a Brooklyn diner eating a big pastrami? sandwich on rye. And he just leaves like 40% of it uneaten and walks out.

1. No man that size is ever leaves food on the plate.
2. No one has ever not finished a pastrami on rye in NYC.

K Pop Demon Hunters finally marks the end of the pandemic.

I’m sure the government ever reopens. Maybe December. Maybe January 2026.

There is basically nothing motivating either side to budge.

JB Pritzker is currently leading the 2028 Bluesky-mary for President. I’ve never seen 32k likes before. Maybe 12k.
A free and democratic society cannot silence comedians because the President doesn’t like what they say.

This is an attack on free speech and cannot be allowed to stand.

All elected officials need to speak up and push back on this undemocratic act.

Good news is that that is probably the only Ravens game broadcast in my area for a while. Looks like it is Book Fall for me.

This is pandemic hangover, not AI.
Not yet peer reviewed study by Erik Brynjolfsson, Bharat Chandar and Ruyu Chen based on anonymized data on millions of employees at tens of thousands of firms shows AI is "profoundly limiting some young Americans’ employment prospects." Harder to automate jobs held by older workers are insulated.
There Is Now Clearer Evidence AI Is Wrecking Young Americans’ Job Prospects
Young workers face rising AI competition in fields like software development, but some also benefit from AI as a helper, new research shows.
