I would love that =)
Kazeri’s look has been an inspiration when she came to mind.

I used my 12 year old Wacom Intuos Pro Medium 4. No driver on Wacom’s site found for Linux as it turns out they’re shipped with them. Only downside is that i still need to opt out the touchpad feature that it has.

I tried it, apparently it works. I'll write my experience in a form of documentation later. Let's hope .webm video extension can be displayed on BlueSky.

I tried some things, you're not going to like the outcome.
Wine: In order to use the Tablet's pressure sensitivity, Wintab has to be enabled. Would be fun ... if it was implemented in the first place: gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/...

I’ll check this out, thank you!

Well, one can at least hope for a Flatpak then.

Yes, that's another thing I should also try on my test machine.
Things to be considered: Will it also support the 12-13 year old Wacom Intuos Pro Medium 4 that I have... 🤔
Pressure sensitivity?

Flatpak would be nice as well. If I understood it right, then it's somewhat equivalent like a Docker image, doesn't matter the OS that it runs on essentially. Correct me if I'm wrong.

> Linux does not obsolete your HW to be an e-waste because it does not meet today's corpo-requirements.
> Has a minimal digital footprint on your box, just as an OS should be. You put things in it the way you want it, and how you want it. ...1-3 GB out of the box!

So why Linux?
> Microsoft, Apple is notoriously known to be after your data. All of it. I can run a full day of TED talk how they care little to nothing about your privacy, but this thread can only allow so much space.
> It lets you update when YOU want, unlike Windows with 2 weeks allowance max.

> Virtualization has been tried with Wine, Bottles. None of them worked out too well. Installer runs sort of fine(even if slow...), launcher fires up all fine. The moment I select the version of CSP I would like to use, it crashes.
> Running it in VM means you can forget HW acceleration: High lagg.
