Unfortunately, it's not easy for me.
I fall back to physical art first (pen and paper images are harder to "fake") and secondly any making process video helps (focus on hand). Then I try to verify that style and substance is consistently "human" (They don't diverge radically across broad subjects.)

It's basically a reddit like on the fediverse, but also has extra features as well like a stack overflow style answers threads.
