Pokemon really likes to rely on fomo, it's rumored that this is for people to go to Gamestop and stuff to be like "I'm here for the codes, and is that a new pokemon game I see?" which is extremely unreliable. It's honestly one of my least favorite thing about pokemon, a lot of my favs are mythicals

I am so sad about it too, I have one game stop around me, so even though I live in a sub-urban area that is quite empty, it sold out because I have an school, they did say they are restocking, hopefully that's true. It's particularly sad that my favorite pokemon is Koraidon
