The term "Unskilled" is a classist slur. I prefer the spectrum idea of: Soft skilled to complex skilled. this refers to amount of time to gain a level of proficiency. Soft being a few weeks, intermediate months to a few years, complex more than a few years to a decade. Just an idea. Slitzweitz.
