I definitely agree. Democrats need to control the talking points better. We need to get into communities and talk directly to people.

I haven’t spent Thanksgiving with family in 5 years. Once I figured out that I could actually enjoy the holiday and relax away from them I never turned back.

We allow republicans to set the pace and the agenda. We need robust public discussion about issues in forums open to all. I hope we see a primary for Ohios senate seat in 2026. We need to see new candidates with the old candidates and push republicans to talk about real issues.

Ohio is a great example of trying to appeal to “centrist” Trump voters and failing. The last 2 Ohio Democratic senate campaigns have blatantly said they were trying to sway Trump/centrist voters to go for the Democrat candidate. It hasn’t worked. I hope they change something for the special election

Because the way Ohio has funded public schools was declared unconstitutional in 1997 and it has not been fixed yet. So they really don’t care about students, especially rural students.

We need organizers focused on rural populations. Too often we get overlooked in rural areas. Democrats cannot win in red states when counties in those states are spilt 80% republican and 20% democrat. We need better margins! We need support!

God what is it about gender-neutral bathrooms! My 80 year old parents are complaining about how schools are being ruined with unisex bathrooms. Like it fucking matters to them🙄
