And, yes, ticket/performer cards are not super easy to get. I was thinking it would be better luck mitigation if each player had a different star performer requirement for each city. So at least you aren't all going for the same card/cards

Every big city had a performer you need to score there and it is a different performer for each big city but it's the same city/performer combo for all players, so everyone wants the same performers. I need to see if there is enough non big city points to cancel out the luck factor of getting one

Each Big City has one performer type they REQUIRE you have to perform there. So, EVERY player is then looking for that performer to hire. There are 45 performers in the ticket deck. Big Cities are a huge chunk (if not the majority) of points. I need to explore if it is as bad as it "feels."
