Obligatory Howie is good at his job but this also feels like benefits of stability for an organization. Being able to spend draft capital (Jurgens drafted in the 2nd of ‘22 draft) on a player that wouldn’t have impact until 3 years later is a competitive advantage

Honestly wild that my old company said for years (so often that it was a running joke in the monthly company Q&A) that they could not afford a 401k match and my new company is smaller with less revenue and has a 3% match. You get what you pay for also applies for companies paying employees
