Tried that and kept failing, she even said “why don’t you want me to come” and I couldn’t, she now understands. Good luck, it’ll be worth it so you can be yourself at home. Keep us updated

My housemate found out after a weeks camping trip, when I told them I didn’t need the washing machine, seeing the look on their face I realised what I said, took a breath and say “it’s naturist”. Now I’m naked most the time just not around them as they aren’t comfortable. Happily little accident

Why feel guilty? That Meet-up page is how they have chosen to portray themselves. If it’s more nuanced than how it’s being taken THEY need to tweak it not lash out at you

If they said something like “our members are proud of the balance we have and to preserve this our membership books may be closed to various groups (singles, males or females etc), however you’re free to join us as a day visitor”, it would stop much of this bad feeling

I understand some clubs, particularly family friendly/focused want to try and keep a fairly balanced ratio but the way they go about it is what feels wrong. I’m a single gay male in the uk and approached over a dozen clubs before finding one that would let me visit let alone join.

Those specific sites have a reputation built on porn, I question the wisdom of advertising such accounts if you are trying to desexualise nudity. Regardless of intent or content people see those sites and think “Porn”. Patreon seems more for nonsexual creators and some have created great communities

Do what you’re comfortable with and don’t feel pressured to do otherwise, there are plenty of naturist profiles that haven’t posted anything at all, and others without face pictures.

I’m still mentally scared form that random conversation earlier this year. Good to understand it more, and I really think I do after that fateful afternoon, but some conversations and mental images can’t be forgotten without very expensive, professional help 🤣🤣🤣
