writing async updates is a fun little game where you either:

– drop a one-liner that sounds MIA
– forget completely

i built a shortcut that formats updates across Slack, Jira, GitHub, you name it.

I just learned that for longer single line WebSocket messages Safari inspector is superior to Chrome's.

In Chrome you need to open a message and scroll horizontally to find what you want

In Safari you just look 🤯

I feel like the only verified use-case of server components is to cut down on bundle size in *very* specific situations. Namely where dynamic data can result in an explosion of component permutations/possibilities, resulting in large bundles. I wager this is rarer than many think.
