At this point, I can't blame them

There's many unexplained terms here, but i felt like sharing the main threat rather than the basic concepts first. Thought it looked cool.

The universe, even in it's infinity, is consumed whole. From an outsider's view, from within the void, it looks as though the bubble of reality simply collapses in on itself, disappearing into nothingness.

The fundamental dimensions of the universe begin to bend into one another around the mouth, being pulled in as well. Even time becomes meaningless, basic directions pointing at eachother and away from themselves.

Then, by the time it's consumed several galaxies, it begins to pull on the fabric of reality itself, like a glutton shoveling food into it's gaping maw.

It grows and grows, matter slowly falling in until eventually, a hole forms in the fabric of the universe itself, a wormhole without a destination.

It starts as an unexplainable gravitational anomaly, a well without a cause. Slowly bending light more and more, until it forms an event horizon, when light cannot escape it.
