If the CEOs are doing their job and have the right people getting them correct info about their business to make informed decisions they can probably weather the storm. If they are having a circle jerk with their golf buddies and making uninformed calls ... Not so good

But... If you follow Warren Buffet style of investing, stock market down could be a buy signal.
