For a 5 mana reanimate spell I'd want it to do more than die to a deluge or tragic slip etc etc.

Eh not really, just do 20 damage to your board (blasphemous act does this nicely) then any toughness mod kills it.

Eh deluge gets around that as do other toughness modifiers. Vigor and this though 👀👀
