A remotely-initiated ignition device caused a fire in Warsaw. Stepan K., a supposed "Belarusian oppositionist", was arrested by Polish counterintelligence and found to be acting under Russian orders. Russian-sponsored sabotage in Central-Eastern Europe is escalating, threatening security in EU.
