Yes you can. Republicans, with the help of a couple Democrats, did that on a regular basis with Biden. All it takes is a bill in congress to counter it. Or if the courts get involved and find it unlawful or more often than not, unconstitutional.

Depends on the context. If legal scholars said Trump was a law breaking insurrectionest, I would use it constantly.

Trump thinks that just because he said something that it's now law. The many voices in his head agree. Most likely he is told that by his "many legal scholars" that know law because of being defendants regularly.

That is exactly it. At this point, even with demented Don still in office, they have a measure of control. Not much mind you, but a measure nun the less. With Trump removed, they lose that control. It is still a matter of time and all their control will be lost.

Then why has Trump been stopping it until now? When I made that post, Trump was totally against them being released and freaking out about it. His people in the DOJ and FBI have been scrubbing his name from the files. Remember! They admitted that months ago.

Biden was never in possession of the files. All he could have done was an executive order to release them and true to form, Republicans and a few Democrats on the take would have shut it down.

Getting payed 1 trillion over 10 years from a conmpany that is only currently worth 1.34 trillion is unsustainable for that company. To brake it down better, he would be paid 7.4% of the companies total worth per year. Obscene does not properly describe this and no one is worth that much.
