The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then the Bigfoot (2018)

I've never been more pleasantly surprised by a film before. I don't have much to say, it's just really good.

The Wedding Planner (2001)

The first part of this film was decent enough - kindafunny, and a nice budding relationship between the two main leads.

The second half threw it all away with a twist that makes everyone stupid and frustrates me to hell and back. Massimo deserved better, man.

DC K.O.: Knightfight (2025) #1

Forgot to put this on when I read it, but it's fun. Explains Batman's absence in an interesting way, though I'm not fully sure on certain aspects.

I just like the batman doing bat man thing

DC K.O. (2025) #2

I like the angle this issue took, going for a more battle royale style, and a lot of the character interactions are sick. Clark getting the Omega Sanction is hype as fuck. Only major complaint is Starro being written weird.

Why did the Joker fucking eat those guys though.

Tropic Thunder (2008)

Blackface aside, this film is a trip. It's genuinely insane and while there's a lot I'm not huge on, it's overall a good time with a group. If just to see Ben Stiller toss a child like a frizbee.

Zoolander (2001)

Honestly wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was, but Zoolander's a fun character and the plot, as insane as it is, is also fun. Also Owen Wilson. Some bits are a bit ech, but overall funny.

Shame there's blackface though, that's a big negative. Sure hope the next film doesn-

DC/Marvel: Batman/Deadpool #1 (2025)

Much better than the Marvel side in almost every way. The main story is a bit messy and Deadpool's portrayal is a bit too Ryan Reynoldsy, but I still had a good time reading it and 3 of the 4 additional stories!

DC/Marvel: Thor/Shazam (2025)

I haven't read too many golden age comics, but this feels like it - both the good and bad. I like bringing back the Donald Blake angle to match Billy, and calling him Captain Marvel is always based, but the dialogue can be a bit clunky.

wait why's mr mind multi now-

DC/Marvel: The Flash/Fantastic Four (2025)

A cute mini comic that utilizes both sides fairly well. Including the Flash Family is always great, and Reed outsmarting Grodd even when mind controlled is sick. Barring some off Thawne usage, it's good!

Really feels like the two just share a world.

One World Under Doom (2025) #9

This entire run leaves me conflicted. I think there are aspects of Doom's character that it does great, but fundamentally too much is butchered for me to consider it good. The ending also leaves a lot of unanswered questions I doubt will be answered.

Eddie the Eagle (2016)

Not amazing, but pretty good. Eddie's very likeable and you wanna see him succeed, and it shows off the dangers of ski jumping too which is good.

Smosh: The First Movie - Steve YouTube Strikes Back (2015)

It's not good, but it's far better than what I'd anticipated it to be. There's a level of merit in there, and a handful of good jokes, but ultimately not worth your time.

Pokémon: The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back (1998)

Nothing amazing, but it didn't need to be. Fun little movie, enjoyed seeing the origin of Mewtwo, and Team Rocket's always fun. Only thing that sticks out to me is the scene of the Pokémon killing each other to happy pop music.

DEATH BATTLE: Dante VS Clive

I really liked this one, but again, it's not really sticking with me after the fact. It's absolutely the best 3D fight we've had this year (and arguably IN years), but there isn't a whole lot there for me.

Don't Hug Me I'm Scared (2022)

As someone who does not like the webseries, this is a huge step up. In part thanks to it being very funny, and not as intentionally gross. Some misses, but overall good time.

Rest in Peace David, you would've loved the shredder.
