Three years ago GRU Unit 29155 (aka UAC-0056) defaced UA government websites, hacked into networks and used wiper to destroy data. That was a sort of "Kyiv in 3 days" in cyber which by and large failed.

Cyber resilience is not only the ability to prevent and respond to cyberattacks in a timely manner, but also the ability to quickly restore infrastructure, data, and services afterwards.
