Russia's infamous Sandworm hacking group has been working with Russian soldiers in Ukraine to grab devices from the battlefield and divert the Signal messages back to them.

Three years ago GRU Unit 29155 (aka UAC-0056) defaced UA government websites, hacked into networks and used wiper to destroy data. That was a sort of "Kyiv in 3 days" in cyber which by and large failed.
