A Lilo and Stitch "this is your badness level" reference, where Vianca is drawn crudely like Stitch, the same way Lilo did in the movie, and the "badness level" is replaced by the word "progress level," with tiers on the left side of the drawing. A caption is also present, in which it says "LAVI: This is my progress level. It's unusually low—" There's seven tiers in total and starting from the bottom going to the top, we have: "[Vtuber] Model," "Social Media," "Props," "[Facial] Expressions," "Stream U.I.," "[Twitch and YouTube] Redeems," and "Debut." Each word on the tier references Vianca's requirements in having a proper Vtuber Debut.
