At most with Iatromantis Max Healing EMPs, I was only able to heal ~21k.
I think saying almost every character healing 25k is a stretch
The best non-full healing characters + strong healing rings could maybe reach there, but I'm too lazy to calculate that.

At most with Iatromantis Max Healing EMPs, I was only able to heal ~21k.
