Republicans would have ZERO difficulty in doing this. They’d likely even have a smirk as they did it, then tell the child to grab his bootstraps and get to work, and have a big dinner and sleep soundly that night.

They have a plan, a nefarious one for their own ends, but yes, no plan to do anything of the “positive” things they promised to their voters. To be fair, why would you need a plan if you never intended to follow through anyways?

Democrats seem to always get played by Republicans. At this point they are the Washington Generals to the GOP Globetrotters and it’s so sad to see.
