I've been to the NFA. Taught on a modest campus. Nothing extravagant going on. Students pay for part. They were the best classes in my 25 in the fire service.
This is not wasteful spending.

I've been to the NFA. Taught on a modest campus. Nothing extravagant going on. Students pay for part. They were the best classes in my 25 in the fire service.
This is not wasteful spending.
