So Birthright citizenship no longer exists in states that haven’t filed suit against the executive order? That’s insane. We effectively do not have a United States anymore if the Constitution only applies in states that sue to uphold it-which SCOTUS appears to be ok with. So why do we have SCOTUS?

So SCOTUS, who is supposed to be the primary body ruling on constitutional matters, literally just ruled that a blatantly unconstitutional executive order is ok. The “president” is free to implement his executive order that violates the 14th Amendment.

“Deportation” is removal back to your country of origin. When you’re sent to a third country that you have no relation to, no citizenship, & no rights it’s called “rendition” & human trafficking, and it’s illegal. SCOTUS just put their stamp of approval on human rights violations. Awesome.
