That’s was exciting for a minute until I read this…

It shouldn’t even be heard by the SC. It was struck down in the lower courts and they could have kept that decision.

We are seeing the real time spin machine start already though. After throwing multiple excuses out the one that seems to be sticking well enough to gloss this over is that the victims were a danger to our forces. Total BS but the gop will gladly take that exit ramp.

Great question! Looking it up no they can’t as the Rome Statute requires the accused to be present.

Right. Like Putin not going to South Africa because of his warrant and they said they would arrest him. Of course Mongolia ignored it when he went there so it’s kinda optional if money is involved. The idea of luring Hegseth to Canada to arrest him is enticing though.

I really hate being cynical about all this but after Merrick Garland and more recently caving on the last two senate budget votes I just don’t hold out hope for accountability. I’ll try to keep the dream alive though lol.

Interesting. A step in the right direction although these countries investigate themselves and we all know how that goes.

💯 and I’m sure the list of others will be a long one after another 3 years of this shit.
December 2, 2025 at 12:23 AM
Not that I wouldn’t love to see that but it simply would never be allowed to happen.

Americans can’t be brought to the Hague.

Elon has them too from the doge infiltration. And let’s not forget that the estate probably has a ton of stuff the fbi doesn’t and they seem poised and ready to release what they have. I think that strikes fear into them all.

You could say it is a crime in the newly renamed department of war for the war on drugs so it is indeed a “war” crime. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m not above splitting hairs.

Hoping the dam will break in all these agencies soon. The cracks have started.

It feels to me that the judges and judicial system was rocked hard right out of the gate with this administration. I think we are seeing them get their feet under them but still learning how to navigate the sheer audacity they have.

This is the Russian oligarchy model being played out in front of us plain and simple.

Apparently there’s a clause where they have 6 months to refile it if they want but the court will be appointing the new US Attorney in that district.

I’m pretty sure Elon has them all after doge infiltrated. Maybe they should be looking in that direction as well.

For sure! It’s a ton of tax dollars for the states too. I am happy to see controls on the internet sales which bypass the local growers though.
November 12, 2025 at 8:40 PM
I’m a licensed grower of cannabis in Vermont. The states will keep licensing products as they are currently doing. This will affect the unregulated sales that cross state lines and over the internet as I understand it. Which tbh is much safer for users and more equitable for the small growers.
