9 Is this an over reaction on my part to the circumstances? i honestly don't know, possibly, maybe maybe not. But i am a very Very cautious man.. & there is nothing wrong with being cautious. I am not the ONLY one thinking & doing this either. MANY other people and fellow vtubers are doing the same

8 I will be completely honest i would be lying if i said that i am not scared to start over on another platform, but i also know that at the end of the day I am literally a super small creator that not very many people even know about or care about anyway

6/7 One Part of me just wants to just out right delete my Duke Hector youtube channel and semi start over and do all my stuff on both rumble/odysee/kick/twitch/twitter and ignore youtube completely when i get my computer fixed and am able to content again (and trust me i have some BIG plans coming)

5/7 Now you must be asking what does this have to do with you my fans and viewers. What this basically means is that the future of my youtube channel is up in the air and in limbo... and I am currently super torn what to do with it given the current situation.

4/7 I prepared for this when i started this vtubing stuff back in 2022, and made both a Rumble account as well as an Odysee account years ago. All of my up to date content from the youtube is on Odysee with Rumble lagging behind as i have to manually upload more of it.

3/7 There are SO MANY THINGS that can go wrong with this as google does NOT have a very good track record for this

As someone who has not trusted google for many years now for many many reasons. My online privacy, online autonomy and being able to stream create and speak freely come first

2/7 Youtube has decided to bend the knee to the english goverment and is bringing in a real ID system in on their platform on Aug 13 2025, which will require submitting photoID to youtube and youtube using AI to "guess" your real age... ALL WHILE ignoring all your profile information
