Probably not surprising, but from what I've been hearing, the arguments sound a lot like the arguments against affirmative action in the 80's. Some of the people arguing against DEI probably benefited from similar initiatives either historically or during their lifetimes...

Yeah - stuff like that's been there for a while. It's plain dumb pattern recognition across data points as far as I can tell. Martech solutions do things like this all the time. What I appreciate, not unique to Apple, is surfacing apps based on time + geo location. Still patterns, not intelligence.
