there’s a mean petty side of me that wants to be like … NO THATS /MY/ FRIEND!!! YOU CANT SPEAK TO THEM!!! but you know ? I’m 27 😭 that’s not right! but i feel it!

the only thing that is keeping me from driving my car into a concrete barrier are my long walks because they fatigue me enough to get that knot of anxiety out of my throat, ive done almost 6,000 steps at work and its been 4 hours
