Yeah, difficult to have better than weekly and sharper than 10 meter pixels. Webcams are probably much easier. mvrl.cse.wustl.edu/datasets/amos/ has a wonderful archive but it seems to be by-request now.

Not really, last I checked. But for example if low resolution is fine, there’s open (free) data.
