The level of confusion this is designed to create so people don’t access their services is ridiculous.

As a mental health therapist, this happens so often. It is so frustrating to be working with someone and then we get notification that the last 3 months of sessions suddenly weren’t covered. Or I say to someone, we are not in-network and they say that we are because they see it on the site’s plan.
