For what it's worth - PPA has told us to call 911 instead of 311 for illegally parked cars blocking the intersection/crosswalk as a safety concern.

I used to use mine as a safe first date place when I was on the apps. Being able to trust the bartender to keep an eye out and know by my order if I needed help was such a relief!

Local bars/restaurants can be the BEST neighbors! Ours definitely is, and much better at supporting street safety. (Potentially Philly -biased)
