I am so glad I live far far away on another continent. Bit also so worried that the US will attempt to export this stuff to EU. Maybe we could just swap people, like we take all the Trumpies and move them to one continent and we stay on the other

It's one hell of a crazy book written by a famous neurologist from Norway: www.reddit.com/r/books/s/5c...

Is this a reference to "The man who mistook his wife for a hat" by Oliver Sacks?

Well it's comforting to see that snivelling little shits are a worldwide issue and not just local!

I vote in my country, which thankfully is an ocean away from the US. Unfortunately we don't get a say in who governs the world, but Americans do and everyone else has to deal with the consequences.

You will probably be stuck with Trump after the next elections in 2028, because I have a feeling he's not going to allow another election. That's my prediction at least.

Look I'm not a great fan of Americans, their politicians, or their policies. But one has to be able to make a decision based on consequences. If given a choice between someone else losing an arm or a hand, you telling me you would let someone else choose the arm rather than lose your morality.

Tell that to the people who get killed.

Spreading the message "they are all the same" is the biggest favour you can possibly do for the worst of the thugs. When it comes to politicians, you will always be choosing some degree of shitty, because they have to represent a vast assortment. Lefties are too self-centred and vain.

It's without debate that most US politicians are pro-Israel, however the lesser of two evils would have probably meant less strife for Gazans, as well as not having aid to poor countries cut. The problem is idealism is far removed from pragmatism. Ideals don't replace a roof or provide food.

That's definitely very nerdy 🤣
