Is it recommended to use these new images even if `bellsoft/liberica-runtime-container:jre-25_37-musl` is already used? I compared the size and it's almost identical 48MB vs 45MB.

Hello!

Java annotated monthly. Seriously. And the same monthly newsletter from JetBrains about .NET. Instead of following many resources and catching up with them, I follow these two that give me enough materials to view and read for the next month.

I hear the hate of Jira in my bubble a lot. But when asking those people what exactly they don’t like? They can’t explain clearly. And they didn’t really use any other tool in a real project. It’s like a mantra among people.

Alas, biz execs don’t care about the product UX of tools they buy and just care about the package. Then it leads to engineering teams using a mediocre Teams for chats, which can’t integrate properly to any dev tools, including to Azure DevOps.

I would recommend this tool for spellchecking. www.jetbrains.com/grazie/
I was using a free tier of Grammarly and it was annoying me with constant messages to upgrade to premium. The Grazie doesn't do it and actually doing a great work of spellchecking.

Groking Algorithms and Data Structures from Manning. I didn’t know DSA topic can be not-academic, but easy to understand. It was your recommendation, Gergely, from that video of yours about interviews.

I always thought it’s a sign of a “cheap” website and product (when they switch the lang).

Do you know exactly what’s the diff between Sonnet 3.7, Gemini 2.5 and o1? Do you know exactly when to use the one over another? And are you sure the answer you’ve got from one model won’t be better from another one?

GH Copilot IDE plugin has a selection of 10 models to choose from. It’s too much already. It’s not possible for a regular SE to have an understanding of difference between them.

But Spotify won’t lower the price of the premium by 30% now, when they don’t have to pay the fee, will they? Honestly, as a regular user that’s the only thing I’m interested in this story.

Looks great. Thank you for posting! AssertJ assertions are easier to write comparing to Hamcrest matchers.

Congrats, Gergely! Well done!

I use IntelliJ IDEA CE and my AI chat is in free trial for 30 days. It’s not the “free tier” you meant, is it?

Local history. When the code is unfamiliar and messy and isn’t ready to make a git commit.

Thank you! It’s indeed working perfectly!

But there's still a need in comm within the team, there's still a need for integrations to make work faster and more efficient. When a tool you're forced to use lacks a proper UX, it just damages it all. Bad tool refrains you from using it → less comm when needed → poor efficiency → etc, etc...
