You don't improve the "efficiency" of an organization by simply firing a bunch of people. Now the organization is both inefficient and understaffed.
But if you're just trying to blow stuff up that you don't like and you enjoy watching the debris rain down, it's a solid approach.

This is sorta vague, so I can only conclude that Vivek is arguing that healthcare should be an entitlement like Social Security, not like insurance for a house or a car.
“Insurance should cover cancer and car accidents but not preventative care” is a debate we had in 2008 and the right lost it decisively.

I'm not a fan of the Hunter Biden pardon.
But to to be clear, Trump pardoned multiple people who committed crimes *directly related* to the Trump Administration. This is 100% not what the founders intended for presidential pardons.
Hopefully this will spur congress to limit presidential pardons.

My expectations for the second Trump administration are so crawlspace under the basement low that when I heard about Pete Hegseth's nomination for Secretary of Defense my immediate thought was, "Oh, well at least it's not Michael Flynn."
