I appreciate the advice, I have a bad habit of getting overwhelmed by things that need to be done so instead do nothing. I'm very often caught in this sort of paralyzed state where I do nothing so nothing happens, and then I wonder why nothing ever happens. Very counterintuitive

Yes and no. I've had people but I tend to scare them off with how depressing I get when discussing these topics. I have a bad habit of rambling and saying more than I should, and people understandably don't want to deal with that. They aren't therapists so I don't blame them. I'm just bad at venting

Yes, but I feel as if I've been looking for so long that it's no longer worth spending the rest of my life searching for, and the things I know I want I'm not yet worthy of. I want to be better but until then I'm living in a cycle of nothing. I spend each day waiting for change yet it never happens.
