I get 6 mnts of sprint once a week on a full stomach, I always train on full stomach because it conserves and coverts my energy into condensed macro B12 on fast metabolism meaning the next day I can just eat 4000 calories in justb2 meals fully energized

I was 9 yrs old when I started pushup and 11 years old when I started lifting weights, by the time I joined PE when I came to states I was already bench maxing 185lbs + without ever training chest because I was always my arm with acrobatic exercises, I use to a 20 ft distance back forth on my arm
