The Seattle School Board’s Ad Hoc Policy Committee is proposing a rule to ban ceding public testimony time to others. This would severely limit access, especially for teachers and others who can’t sign up right at 8 a.m. on a Monday. Public testimony should be more accessible, not less. #sps
