Grateful to have the support of MMSD School Board Member Martha Siravo. Martha is a trailblazer and a powerful advocate for our kids, educators, and public schools. We both understand the importance of investing in community and taking care of one another – especially in times like these.

This is a hard week for many of us, especially those experiencing food insecurity who rely on FoodShare for support – including more than 700,000 Wisconsinites and 65,000 residents of Dane County.

I love Madison, but like too many others, I struggle to afford living here. I know how difficult it is to find housing because I’ve experienced it. Housing is a human right – not a luxury – and it’s time we start legislating with that belief.
